This listing is for eight (3) different Jamaican herbal barks used to make tonic.
Herbal roots & bark is widely used in tonics in an effort to strengthen and support the entire body.
Directions;
Add 28 grams of herbs to 1 quart of water to put on the stove. Bring your herbs to a slow rolling boil, once you have your slow boil cover for 30-40 minutes. Check frequently to make sure your boil is still slow and soft
